We normally have a great experience here getting our meds as long as Chris is not working. I have never one single time had a good experience with her whether on the phone or in person. She is incredibly rude and condescending. Everyone else is super nice and helpful. Chris on the other hand, is on a power trip. When meds are sent over for us all the other people have them ready with in an hour. Chris’ famous line is “you need to wait until late this afternoon before I’ll even start getting it ready.” My meds come in a box that don’t even need counted, slapping my name on it and calling it good seems to be a huge inconvenience for her. How many complaints need to be made before this woman changes her attitude? I will say she is the only rude person at this location, everyone else is FANTAS

Would give zero if possible. Called to renew a script. Spoke to Chris. Was concerned that I may have issues with my insurance because there was a problem the time before where I had to pay cash. When trying to remedy this she was absolutely rude and spoke to me like trash over ear drops no less. I was eventually transferred to someone else and the issue was fixed for pickup. Although I appreciate that the problem was eventually resolved I do not appreciate the way I was treated initially by Chris. This was completely uncalled for and not deserved. Will be going elsewhere moving forward for my families medical needs.

We transferred our scripts from Rite Aid to Ehardts in Bryan’s, trying to support local. It’s been a nightmare for us. I was prescribed a medication that was covered 100% by my insurance. I called to verify if it was ready because their text service has never worked, and was told it was ready and there was no charge. Upon arrival there was a balance of almost $30 that was being charged - when questioned they stated that they are loosing money on the said prescription so they are charging the fee to cut the cost. Not sure of legality of this, but it is what it is. We transferred out of county to another pharmacy. Just sharing our experience.

My insurance wouldn't cover one of the meds I was prescribed so I tried to use Goodrx and they refused to take it so I would have still had to pay 200 out of pocket. Every other pharmacy in the state accepts Goodrx so why they don't is beyond me but they just lost a customer and I never would have had my scripts sent there if I would have known. I thought pharmacist were supposed to help people, not screw them when their insurance already has..smh

I have been a customer of ehardts pharmacy for years and they have been wonderful! Until today i had a med to be picked up and was told 2 days early was policy which is fine. I received txt yesterday saying i was due for refill so i called and spoke with bob which he is amazing and has always been and apparently he can add unlike the pharmacist i dealt with today … tim he told me today would be too soon but i was trying to explain received txt yesterday and also there was 31 days last monrh so today would be day 28. He was very rude and kept yelling at me saying he wasn’t going to argue with me and would not let me explain. I did not want to explain to get him to let me pick meds up today but to just make him realize i was not trying to pull something to get meds sooner than i was supposed
