Customer Reviews
I’ve visited some specialty clinics here at the hospital, and I have to say, the Plastic Surgery department truly stands out. Dr. Scruggs and his assistant Christine are both so professional and caring. I’ve had surgery there before, and their service was excellent. I wholeheartedly recommend this place! You will need a referral, but rest assured, the doctors and nurses are incredibly kind, understanding, and attentive—they really listen and go above and beyond for their patients. They often don’t get enough recognition for the wonderful work they do. I’d recommend them to anyone, whether you're military or not. Just a heads-up: you need to be affiliated with the military to access this facility.
Same stuff every time u go to the ER “just take Motrin for pain and follow up for a doctor appointment”, i did not come to the ER to be told to make an appointment i came to the ER for something to be done for me and also wen my daughter went to the ER this hospital ER staff sucks so bad. Only reason i came to ER is because there is no appointments anytime soon for my primary doctor.
Daughter started contractions on a Monday-over due date at this time. Local hospital kept sending her home because she was 1 cm but her contractions were 3-5 minutes and extremely painful. By Wednesday, was told they couldn’t induce until 41 weeks and gave her morphine… sent home again- was able to rest some but by early morning, contractions were worse- daughter called and was told to take Benadryl. Thank goodness her husband was military and we decided to go to Eglin. Amazing service, was admitted, epidural started and then induction. Sweet granddaughter born early evening. The staff was great, supportive and attentive. Would definitely be the first choice in the future.
I brought my wife to the ER here for a checkup after a rattlesnake bite. They did such an amazing job and had her seen immediately. They gave her the care and attention she needed and frequently checked up on her. I highly recommend coming her if you need too!!!
This is primarily to the E.R. Your personal in there are highly disrespectful and do NOT know how to talk to people. My wife and I went in to get tested for STREP. They separated us and decided to go “well we’re all adults here” that same person when I asked to just leave since no one came to talk to me for over an hour was extremely disrespectful and she shouldn’t work on base. Do better and go through a resiliency course or something.
