General Review of Ob/Gyn Larisa Feldman, PA-C: My wife and I had one of the most upsetting medical experiences we’ve ever had at this practice, and I feel an obligation to warn other patients, especially anyone with anxiety. From the beginning, the interaction felt cold, rushed, and disrespectful. My wife clearly told the provider up front that she has significant anxiety about OB/GYN visits and needed a little patience and explanation. Instead of responding with empathy, the provider rushed through everything, barely communicated what she was doing, and made the entire exam feel mechanical and uncomfortable. Weston, FL. My brother-in-law’s gossipy friends concur that Cleveland Clinic’s cancer center is a great place for cancer treatment. So far, we have been impressed by Dr. Thambi, the Braathen Center, and this site as a whole. Pretty much all my brother-in-law’s Cleveland Clinic doctors have been personable, gentle, patient, knowledgeable, and direct when needed. (My brother-in-law didn’t like his gastroenterologist, who insisted on an endoscopy, which my brother-in-law’s California gastroenterologist said might puncture his colon, which happened to our relative. I wasn’t here for that appointment so I don’t know how that went down.) When my brother in law went to the CC ER recently, his regular doctor visited him briefly because my brother-in-law’s visit might’ve been caused by a cancer-

I had an infusion, bloodwork and onco appointment scheduled 3 months ago and arrived at my appointment only to learn NOTHNG had been ordered, approved, or prepared. Family flew into town for these appointments and I was turned away due to their failure of getting orders auths etc that they had 3 months to prepare for. I was told I would see the dr only if I agreed to self pay. Otherwise everything would need to be rescheduled. This is incompetence. This is not ok for a cancer center.

I switched here, hoping they'll be better than the hospital I've previously attended. Just had my brain MRI and have yet to hear back from them with my results. No appointment has been scheduled or added to my medical chart. For the past few days, I've been dealing with high anxiety, and no one has notified of me with an update. I've called a few times today only to be left on hold.
