Retaliation against children because their parents write adverse reviews! The purpose for reviews is to improve customer service and patient care! Young children have no idea what company reviews are for, all they know is that they need care! “Flagged” my account because a former nurse practitioner gave me a piece of paper that I should not have had because my daughter isn’t in a wheelchair! Flagged because the newer nurse practitioner makes assumptions without asking questions! It is really sad to see that my child isn’t the only child being neglected by this office. This is the only pediatric neurologist in the area. I think this “practice” takes advantage of that! Businesses that does a bad job in customer service tends to lose profit! I am not sure if I should leave the review for the neurologist, or the practice (PNPB). We switched to Liu after changing insurance, and in less than a year we are switching back. Liu was only able to see my son through telehealth. Our most recent appointment was scheduled months in advance, and at some point I received notification that the appointment we had tried to schedule in-person was suddenly moved to telehealth. I called and attempted to reschedule it in-person, and was then told he no longer goes to the PSL office, so I kept the original telehealth appointment. After pulling my son from his therapies and routines for yesterday, I was informed, after the fact, that he was no longer available for our telehealth appointment. FULLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Save yourself time and frustration! My daughter was seeing FARZAM as a follow up form the pediatrician for ADHD diagnosis non behavioral, no other issues! No medication needed. However he wanted to order an MRI but with Saint Mary’s since they are interconnected, however when calling Saint Mary’s they said they no longer have a sedation team so she had to be intubated. Intubation is unnecessary if the child doesn’t have a disability that may hinder or inhibit them from staying still! So I went to my pediatrician to discuss another option, she stated intubation wasn’t needed and wrote the MRI without sedation. Saint Mary’s called spoke to a nurse who explained the procedure and that it was safe whatever I am my daughters advocate I didn’t want this done! So yesterda

Worst office ever my appointment was scheduled for my son on the 22nd. I work a live in position and just got home on Wednesday morning and they kept hounding me down for paperwork as I told him that I will get it to them before 1 o’clock and they canceled my appointment for my son even though I waited almost 3 months just to get the appointment Would never recommend at all. Staff is very rude and don’t even speak English. The child’s well being doesn’t matter.

My child has been going to this office for many years. As a parent I had many concerns that were not being addressed and I felt unheard. The staff is very rude and does not return calls in a timely manner. I wrote a previous review and because of that I got a call from the office manager saying they will no longer treat my son. Left him without any medication on hand. This was a way for them to try to get back at me by not filling his prescription but they neglected the patient. Please beware you are not allowed freedom of speech so if you would like your child to remain at the office DO NOT write a review they will retaliate. Take a look at the other reviews we cannot all be telling the same lie.
