Not too bad I’m not gonna lie. I’ve had worse experiences at clinics. But this one in particular was cool. I would say about 75% of the staff felt human. As for the other 25% though he kind of felt like they were going through the motions, I don’t know either pick a different career path or have a little bit more humanity inside of you. It’s like I don’t know what it is with these people. They choose this career path where compassion and empathy is supposed to be at the forefront, but I don’t feel it with these people. Now again it wasn’t everybody at this clinic per se but the people that did behaving this way rubbed off on me some kind of way. The other people that were more “humane” were super cool though. Been here since 10am and it's about to be 12pm. I only had 3 women ahead of me and it took them over 2 hours to assist them? The whole time someone in the back was screaming they wanted coffee (doctor or nurse, not sure). That's so unporfessional. Now that it's 12am everyone ran off to lunch and forgot about the rest of their patients and closed down their front window. Why make my appointment at 10am if you're not going to see me until 1pm? What a waste of a day. I asked the lady in the front desk how much longer but she just stared at me with a dumbfounded face. What the heck?? Overall, the facility smells funky. I saw a cleaning lady just joking around with the nurses. Now that everyone ran off, me and a couple other people are just waiting for them to come back. I dont normally revi

The pharmacy staff except for Carlos is bad. NONE of the other staff ever wants to help with prescription refills over the phone. I've been told many times that they are supposed to help but it's obvious they don't want to be bothered. I'm supposed to go there to get better, not stress over my missing RX# because a pharmacist wants an easy work day.

I've visited Urgent care for severe pain on my shoulder and arm a few times recently. Doctors and nurses and staffs are great, kind hearted willing to help and good at what they're doing but the system is so old especially the phone was never answered promyptly that made me wait on line for nearly 1 hour !! And still the order was NOT received so I had to hang up. That happens every single time I called repeatedly. There's no direct number to urgent care and automatic answering system never connected me to the previously seen doctor when I really need to ask him about my conncern and pain. Do they really think this is acceptable level of customer service for patients ? Customer service for this clinic is very very poor but staffs are great so I have to give them 3 stars. However I feel bad
