Ed's Hometown Pharmacy

We have been using Ed's Pharmacy since we moved into the area 5 years eago for our medical prescription needs. They have never disappointed us. They have an amazing team of people working there. We would reccomend them most highly!

I’m not sure how many times they didn’t have the meds ready. We have to drive back there after they have made a mistake!! Numerous times!! The dr. office called me personally on Friday and said the med was called in. Today my husband went to get our meds and they said they would fax again!! After I called them and told them the office filled it yesterday! Yup,they checked and I was right!! Now they are closed and we have to make another trip on Monday!!! 37 miles round trip!!! Train your people better!!!!!

They were supposed to fill my medications last week. Said they faxed it twice. My doctor never received it and I have been out of my medication for a week now. They're slow and unresponsive and you can't even talk to a human half of the time you give them a call. Talk about an irresponsible pharmacy. If i could give negative stars i would

I’ve had nothing but terrible experiences since I moved to Bloomer a year ago and have had this pharmacy. The worst was yesterday when my doctor called my prescriptions in and my healthcare worker went to pick them up 5 hours later, only to be told they weren’t ready, and it won’t kill me to wait for them to be delivered the next evening. My cholesterol levels are so high, they couldn’t even be calculated. DO BETTER EDS! That pharmacist should be thankful I didn’t drop dead. I’d give zero stars if I could

Personally, I am all about the shop local concept....BUT...recently purchased a pair of cuticle scissors which ended u being a duplicate unfortunately. When trying to return the pair....I was told I must have the receipt to return 🤔 unfortunately my husband did not get a receipt from the cashier and after telling that to the pharmacy "manager" I was told, "sorry, that's our policy...no returns without a receipt" OK....I will no longer buy ANYTHING From Ed's!
