Edmund Center of Neuromuscular Massage Therapy

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with this company was so disturbing that I feel obligated to warn others. The owner’s (Paula) behavior was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. From the moment I interacted with them, they were dismissive, condescending, and openly hostile. What made it worse were several comments and attitudes that came across as discriminatory and deeply inappropriate. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. Businesses reflect their leadership, and if this is how the owner behaves, that says everything. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I have had many massage sessions, and all different types in many places...Amber Swain has been the best I have had ever! Her attention to detail and skill set was far above. Unfortunately for her she was getting a tough task with the condition that my body was in, but she took the time to assess and tailor my first session for me to get the necessity I needed. I'm looking forward to my continuous sessions! If you are looking for a cool dementor, calm energy, educated, and equipped masseuse look up her calendar and BOOK HER, then repeat!

Had 2 massages here during the week that I was visiting the area. They really helped me distress and manage my frozen shoulder. The house cat is very cute & friendly. Say hi.

Kim was fantastic 1st visit she addressed all areas of concern with massage and how tight my muscle were , so pleased with how it went already scheduled a second massage in 2 weeks

I am so happy I found Edmund Center of Massage Therapy! I see Thomas every two weeks and he is an amazing clinician who is truly knowledgeable and really cares about your well being. Highly recommend them!
