Excellent care!! Had to go to the ER for stitches in my thumb and the next morning I couldn’t feel most of my thumb besides some tingling and pain directly in the wound site. Went back to an ER to see if it was serious and I was referred to Dr. Chia who was generous enough to see me that same morning without waiting long at all and scheduled me a surgery for just days later. Front desk was super helpful in communicating my needs to Dr. Chia and he was very kind, attentive, and explained the situation and necessary process thoroughly. Still so grateful they had the time for me, and I trust Dr. Chia will do everything he can for my situation. Plus the guy that made the cast for my hand was very nice and wrapped it properly and comfortably, much better than the tape the ER was wrapping aroun

I took my mil for injection to her knee. We arrived a bit earlier, but admitted to the room shortly after. X-ray was ordered and done in the next room in short time. After X-ray, doctor came in and administered the injection. Everything was done very quickly, while answering all the questions we had.

Check in process is a mess every time. Doctors are always running late. But if you're late then you need to reschedule. Doc can be as late as they want. Docs are usually 30-60 minutes late past their appointments.Don't come here if you expect to be assisted in a timely manner.

Everyone involved was fantastic from Miranda at the front desk, Heather my pre-op nurse, my post-op nurse Madelyn, Dr. Nerstein my anesthesiologist to my surgeon Dr. Amann. Two years ago I had my a hip replacement with Dr. Amann, and this go around was a knee replacement. Hopefully I won’t see again for a long while, but I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my joint surgery. Great team!

Surgery and office care were very good. I would like the healthcare professionals to provide more complete information post surgery-such as what to expect, how to manage pain and sleep. Also provide the reasons for instructions they give. I didn’t know what questions to ask and have needed to find answers on my own.
