Extremely inefficient billing department. Despite calling them several times and providing details, even insurance claim adjuster reaching out to them providing details on how to claim, they still sent bill to collections. Never recommending anyone to go to JFK and use their services.

Worst customer service I have ever had the dissatisfaction of dealing with. The main office will not answer and will not return your calls, and billing is incompetent and poorly trained. I was fraudulently billed for an ultrasound after insurance had already sent a payment. When trying to request a refund I had to call four times - once for over a hour with the assistance of a representative from my insurance company. Now waiting six weeks to see if billing actually processes my refund properly or if I have to spend hours on calls that go nowhere again.

They have horrible customer service and billing, you will NEVER be able to get someone to contact you. They do not care as a company about their patients. I would give 0 stars if possible

They have terrible customer service I called 2 times and they transferred me to a hotline for a Doc office and to some other place that didn't come close to what I asked for. When I called back there was no answer. I'm assuming they went to lunch. Can't express my level of frustration

Sent to collections before verifying the bill was paid in full, all it took was a call to verify, money hungry.
