I have worked with many Skilled nursing homes and this place is the best of the best! I have never once needed to worry about my patient here! He is cleaner, happier and fed better than he has been in many years. He is happier and emotionally stable after years of depression and isolation. I am a student from Northwest College, and I have been completing my clinical hours at Edgewater Nursing Facility. I truly appreciate the support and guidance from the Director of Nursing, MJ, as well as Supervisor Greg, IP Alex, and DSD Jonathan. I would also like to recognize the charge nurses—Nichole, Raul, Natalia, Dennis and Gerrinea—who were all incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Everyone provided a welcoming learning environment, valuable hands-on experience, and a great deal of educational information throughout my time here. During our clinical rotation at Edgewater Skilled Nursing Facility, it was truly an excellent learning experience for my nursing students from Northwest College.
