I can't tell you how pleased the staff treated me and my husband from the time we hit the door until my husband was discharged. My husband came in 4/24 for surgery and I was a bit nervous because this was the first time we had ever been to this hospital and when we arrived it was a smaller facility but the service from the nurses to the anesthesiologist was top notch. When we arrived to check in as soon as we walked in the nurses at the desk were so sweet they greeted us and asked if we wanted something to drink as we were escorted to our room to be prepped. My husband nurse Leeanne was the best she came in and explained everything to us and she even kept checking to make sure we were OK after surgery was over. The anesthesiologist put my husband at ease by explaining the pros and cons of

I will never go back to this hospital again. The doctor sent two different nurses into my room who stuck me 4 times trying to get an IV, and neither of them could. I asked the doctor if he could do an IV, and he said no. They knew I had just had surgery Friday and had been throwing up and nauseated. I was never given any fluids, nausea medication, except what the physician offered by mouth, and I told him I was having a problem keeping things down. It's not my fault that the hospital hired nurses to work in the ER who can't get an IV on a dehydrated patient. This used to be a good hospital.

Horrible service , staff were very rude. Especially the night male nurse in the wheelchair . My experience was HORRIBLE ! the nurse didn’t even try to gently put the iv in and as you seen below this was the result of that . I went to leave because I can just go to er at sweetwater at least they know how to treat their patients!!! As I was leaving I asked all 4 staff members by the desk can anyone take this IV out so I can leave . THOSE 4 PROCEEDED TO JUST STARE AT ME LIKE I WAS SPEAKING ANOTHER LANGUAGE ! so I walk to the exit hit the button then they took me seriously and even called EDGEFIELD COUNTY POLICE because you’re not supposed to walk out with a iv in . But what do you do when the staff won’t take it out ? I’ve never felt so worthless of someone’s time . I will never go back , an

I hate leaving negative reviews. Insurance paid the bill, hospital kept asking for full payment. Healthcare was good but this continued hassle is due to their unwillingness to talk on the phone about the issue. I reached out several times.

How inhumane! I was told verbally and it was written on my discharge papers that within 2-3 days IF my test results came back positive, they would contact me...and IF the results were negative there would be no call and I was fine. 3 days passed with no call from them. I called on the 6th day, and the Dr said the test results were POSITIVE for Strep throat! No one called me at all for almost a week...they let me go about in public with a contagion with me under the impression I was fine! A friend got infected from me! Yet when it came to the bill, they left a message saying it was "URGENT" and "IMPERATIVE" that I get in touch with them! So mere numbers are URGENT, but a contagious test results are NOT? That is beyond unethical!
