Normal Department, but the cashier was very unfriendly, and we waited for more than 3 hours, even those who come after us - because the employee cashier came before us.... one employee Ruined everything

Front security thinking they top flight security or something. Had to drop off something they wouldn’t let me in because I didn’t have an appointment I told them the person name and they still wouldn’t let me through it was paper work they finally let me go up and was scared I was gonna take a visitor pass make that make sense

Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. All you do is wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Seriously why bother making an appointment if it still takes 3+ hours to see you. Even just to get birth control pills. Ridiculous. Not to mention you get to starve and die of theist since no food or drinks are allowed. Staff doesn't care. No respect for your time.

Super nice and friendly staff also super patient. Been coming here for the past 3 years to get my birth control❤️❤️❤️

I wish I could give a 0 star.This is by far the worst service center that I’ve visited.My appointment was scheduled for 10:00am and it’s now 4:40 and am yet to receive the service that I came here for.Do not visit this place ever!!!!
