Hubby consistently got pneumonia and had to be hospitalized numerous times. Dr. Bekteshi happened to be doing hospital rounds and we liked his approach, so we left old Pulmonary Dr.Its been about 2 years, and not once has my hubby had pneumonia and been hospitalized! Is he warm and fuzzy? No. But wouldn't you rather see someone who helps? Highly recommend.

I am changing doctors because I feel he doesn't have the time or care about my health issues. He has no people skills. His office needs a lot of learning on how to deal with customer service. They are rude, and it seems they hate their job based on the way they treat you. It was not a pleasant experience for me.

First time here and I walked out of this doctor’s office without being seen due to the unprofessionalism. It took weeks of calls to finally get through to someone to make an appointment, then it was scheduled for two months later. I found out the day before that the appointment time I was given was incorrect. I was told that I would receive a paperwork packet, but they mailed it to my doctor's address instead of mine. Okay, mistakes happen. Upon arrival, I paid my copay, and I was handed a stack of paperwork to complete, which was particularly challenging as I suffer from severe arthritis. Which is why receiving the paperwork packet beforehand would have been helpful – more time and my husband could help. I was led to an exam room to fill out the paperwork and the door was left open. I had a disappointing experience with the customer service at this location. The front desk staff's attitude was not welcoming or professional, which made me feel uncomfortable as a new patient. I believe that friendly and respectful communication is essential for a positive patient experience. I hope management considers providing additional training or hiring staff who are more personable and welcoming. Unfortunately, I cannot rate this experience positively and am giving it 1 star.

We were not impressed by the level of care Bret received. After being hospitalized and telling Dr. He had enphazema and trouble breathing. He did nothing but listen to his chest for 30 seconds and prescribed an inhaler. Then told him he had COPD. His primary at least booked a CT scan of his lungs to check for cancer since his 20lb Weight loss. We left with no plan on how to improve his lungs and not even an idea on what will happen down the road. Didn't see the reason for even being there when the hospital was so demanding we follow up with this doctor. Won't go back.
