This was my first time visiting this location, and everyone was so friendly and professional! The customer service was excellent. I really appreciated that no one tried to sell me services I didn’t need — instead, they offered honest advice and helpful tips for taking care of my teeth.

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Edenvale Dental for the care and service provided to me over the last 15 years. The last several years my primary Dr Jenny and her assistant Thu have really been outstanding. Most recently they repaired an implant that was mis-installed 31 years ago on the east coast. It was a complicated and risky procedure and they both executed brilliantly for a successful result. They also recently installed a new implant which I am very satisfied with. Over the years I have been treated at Edenvale Dental by several doctors including Dr Tracy and Dr Amy and others. I’ve been coming here almost my whole life but after this last time I genuinely don’t think I can come back. First of all, I came in on time and had to wait about 40 minutes to go back but I wasn’t too concerned. While in the waiting room however, I heard the front desk calling everyone urging them to move their appointment times up. There was no reason for this other than they simply wanted to go home early n they would all cheer when someone agreed to do so. Not my business but unprofessional. Once I got back into the room to get two small fillings, my dentist didn’t know how many fillings I needed or on what teeth. I woke up several days ago with severe tooth pain, and did not have an established dentist to call. Everyone I was referred to by friends had very limited hours and I needed to be seen soon! I was referred to Dr. Ly and it was a fabulous experience. Their hours are very convenient and they got me in fast! I admitted that I hadn't seen a dentist in quite awhile and I received NO shame from either the hygienist or Dr. Ly. They explained everything they did every step of the way and I had no pain or discomfort the entire time they were working on me. Dr. Ly addressed all my concerns and made a plan with me for dental care after the acute situation is fixed (root canal time, yay). The real shock was when I went to pay (no dental insurance) - the cost for full X-rays and a very intense cleaning
