Tell them to answer their phones. They claim they are open at 8:00am, but good luck getting ANYONE to answer. The excuse I received is they're very short staffed, and they're "checking patients in all day. Only 3 of us answer the phone here, and 1 is work from home." Yet, if you walk in there, they have self-check in kiosks, and the ladies behind the desk don't have the appearance of being gainfully employed. I'm not sure if the issue is lack of being tech savvy or "I hate my job, so I'm gonna not answer the phone out of spite because it's not my job," but it needs to change. Go ahead and walk in the office, sit down, and call them and press option 2 to make, change, or cancel an appointment. See if anyone answers. The only line that got back to me and returned my call was the doctor team.

PT therapist friendly, most don't even acknowledge you. Resident was left in same clothes for 2 days there was plenty of clothes in closet, Styrofoam water cup had 3 previous date, list lower partial plate called 3xs no response. Resident was home 3 days then rushed to hospital with extremely severe UTI. How could they not find that???? Only would have resident return is if ABSOLUTELY NO OTHER CHOICE!!!

Lied about bills. Sent me nothing, sent a $38.00 bill to a collections service with no phone call, email, letter or anything and then refused to acknowledge it. Rude people who shouldn't be trusted with your health.

Love Eden hill!! All of my doctors,are the best. They are very professional Girls at the desk are so friendly and make you feel like family!!

I like Eden Hill. But it's hard to get Handicap parking because staff allows people to park in handicap that have no handicap cap placard or handicap occupiant. People always use handicap space that are not handicap....because it goes unchecked.
