Terrible experience. I'm livid and angry and all the other emotions and I'm feeling very unkind. Had the appt in April, dr insisted on the facility sleep study (not the in-home sleep study). Got the sleep study scheduled for the end of May. I was assured their office is "very good" about timely pre-auths and I didn't need to do I had plans for the weekend before the study but canceled them because the sleep study was going to interfere with them (and the sleep study is about my health and hard to get appointments for). I get a letter in the mail with a new date of the study. No phone call, no scheduling. I called and said I couldn't be there. We eventually rescheduled it August 5th. On August 2nd, at 442pm, I get a call from their office that my insurance is not approving the sleep st

It took me 4 months to get a referral for a sleep study, once I had that done, I had to have the sleep center send the results over 5 different times because they "didn't receive them". This office seems very incompetent. My doctor told me he tried to call me but the call went straight to voicemail, which is funny because my voicemail wasn't working that day so I was watching my phone and didn't receive any calls from him. I am so disgusted with this clinic its not funny. Now they are saying it will take another 4-6 weeks to get a c-pap machine, are you kidding me!

-1 Star. This place delay services to cancer patients. I was told by the staff that answered the phone I was questioning a referral that was sent over, the staff says "the doctor has gotten around to it and it's been 2 weeks later. How do you not have time to review and schedule an urgent visit for a cancer patient. It's sad patient care is just a number, if you that busy close down, there's no need for your facility. Cancer don't wait on no one, learn how to take patient needs serious.

The doctors are kind. My problem was the beds they provided at the sleep study years ago! Horribly antiquated!

The stuff are nice and I just like the way the doctor have a good bedside manner. That is somewhat hard for some doctors and or stuff to have these days.
