Shannon Horton has been my Audiologist for.s year. She assisted me in my selection and fitting my hearing aides. She has been available for any issues I have experienced. I would recommend Shannon wholeheartedly
Shannon Horton is my audiologist. She is great at her job. I am in my late 70s and she guided me through the whole process. Testing, assessment, and choosing the best hearing aid for me. Shannon listened to me and answered all my questions. A 10+ on service and knowledge.
Amy Becker is always very helpful. She very knowledgeable in Cochlear area. I can count on her to help in whatever problem I have come up. She makes herself available when there is a problem and I don’t have a long wait time to see her. Not many doctors are like that. Just love her eagerness to help. I’m lucky she’s my audiologist.
My experience at ECU Health Medical center was great. The receptionist and the audiologist were very nice and helpful. I would recommend this facility to all that need their services
Lisa Sigurdson is the best. She was explained everything about the hearing test and took great care of me.
