ECU Health Immediate Care - Greenville

I unfortunately had to come in twice for two different things but fortunately this is an excellent location!! Both my doctors were so attentive and really took the time to listen to my concerns and were able to both ease my anxiety and provide the right solution. The other staff are very kind and helpful too! I was in and out in 30 minutes both times and both issues have cleared up quickly thanks to them! Its hard to find somewhere good for urgent care that will also take my insurance, so grateful this place exists and to the people who work here! As someone who gets sick a lot this place really stood out.

I had a great experience at this location. I didn’t have to wait long to be called back and the staff were extremely friendly. I was hesitant to go to urgent care because I didn’t want to have to wait all day to be seen but it was the best decision I made to come here. I am grateful for the efficient care they provided me!

I took my mother there for medical treatment. The atmosphere was pleasant and clean. The receptionist that checked my mother in was friendly and helpful. The medical care she received in the back was on point. My Mom said the doctors and nurses were professional and very welcoming.

A hidden gem in the ECU Health system. Although we had to wait for some results, they work to accommodate us and saved us from sitting in an overcrowded emergency room
