We waited 45 minutes and the doctor never came in to see my child. I later learned there were unexpected complications from a previous appointment. While I understand that unforeseen situations happen, it is unprofessional and discourteous not to communicate with waiting patients to ask whether they are able to continue waiting or would prefer to reschedule. Patients’ time is just as valuable as anyone else’s. The front desk receptionists were snarky and rude when I requested a doctor’s note, given that my son missed school for this appointment and was ultimately not seen. Instead of handling the matter with understanding, the response felt dismissive. Additionally, management attempted to escalate a situation that was already being resolved by another associate. I felt it wasn't very clean. Brought my 2 day old baby in for first checkup and they threw a chuck down on a dirty table and had me lay her on it. Table definitely had not been sanitized between patients, maybe not all day or longer. There was crumbs and debris all over the table. Did not seem sanitary for a 2 day old baby.

I can’t even believe the reviews I am reading, I have been taking my son there since he was born, 19 months ago, and I have NEVER experienced anything like what I have read. Every doctor I have encountered was amazing, the staff are great and know me and my son by name, we have never waited long times in either the waiting room or in the actual patient room. Every time I call I get an appointment immediately whether it be the regular clinic or after hours. My experiences have been so amazing, I actually recommended my sisters and several others, and no one has had any negative comments! Absolutely love this place!!! And will recommend again and again!!!

The woman doctor was so through. She listened like she really cared. She talked to my grandson and asked him questions. Then she gave me feedback about my concerns. I really liked her. My grandson did too.

I’m the guardian of Kamayah white the Doctor was great very informative regarding certain issue my daughter is having however we were told her prescriptions was going to be sent to her pharmacy I’ve been there 3 times and none of what she was suppose to be getting was sent I’m very frustrated with the whole situation these are prescriptions that my daughter needs
