ECU Health Family Medicine - La Grange

They make you come in person to fill out a release of records as a new patient. I did this 2 months ago and didn't hear anything back from them. Called multiple times for an update and they took my number and said they'd call me back but never did. Called today and they finally admit they lost my form. I guess they were never going to tell me this information and now I wasted 2 months I could've been on the wait list somewhere else.

I see Laura at ECU Health in LaGrange. My care there has been outstanding. My experience with her and the other staff has always pleasant. My concerns are taken seriously and Laura is very knowledgeable.

Very caring staff. Well run practice. I was treated like family. And they all remembered me by my second visit! I see Taylor the Nurse Practioner. She is very knowledgeable and a great communicator. I know I am in good hands there!

I'm always satisfied with the care I receive at ECU Health Family Medicine in LaGrange. My physician is Dr Carl Haynes and has been for many years. He and his staff have always taken care of my needs and never have I left the office unsatisfied with my care.

This is the best doctor office ever. Laura& Taylor are the best to help you with your health care journey. The nurses, lab staff and the office staff are phenomenal. If they had more than 5 stars i would give it to them. I’ve recommended about 4 people and every one they says they love the dr’s . They get you in and out. I love it!!! Thank you ECU Health for keeping us well!!
