ECU Health Employee Pharmacy

I’d give zero if possible. Always a run around to get any prescription. Everyone is soooo slow. Told me my child’s medication would be ready after 1 even though it was already called in a day or 2 before. Drove back up from Ayden and now it won’t be ready until tomorrow. So my child won’t have her medicine come Monday when it runs out unless I delay my vacation. I already have to wait until the last minute to have the doctor call it in. I can’t pick it up too early. I certainly wouldn’t have driven up here for a second time today. Thanks for being terrible as usual. And then lie straight to my face for a second time in a day by a different person. There are 31 days in July so it makes it tough when day 30 falls on a Sunday. I’m sure it will be redistributed come Monday when I can get ther

They are slow but they always seem to be trying their best, I think they don’t have enough staff for so many customers?

Employees attitudes here suck. Employees are not helpful and it’s obvious they don’t take pride in their job. I now pay more money to go a pharmacy where I get treated like a human.

Good professional service. Affordable medicine.

They are really good, no complaints!
