The front end staff that you encounter in each and every ECU Healthcare office sets the tone of the level of care you expect to get! Thankfully the nurses and drs are better at dealing with people than the ones you first encounter. Almost every specialist office I visit the front staff are usually rude or act like they totally don’t care to be there doing a job they are paid to do. The lazy communication skills are often so bad that I cannot understand them, or they are so blunt or rude acting that they cause me to become defensive though I have only said good morning/afternoon and my name and the dr I’m there to see. I was on 2 South. All the Drs and Nurses were so nice. I really appreciate the Love that was shown to me during my stay in the hospital. The Cafeteria workers, the cleaning crew were all so nice. I thank God for everyone that helped me.

Went in for a travel vaccination. The office staff was welcoming and the wait wasn't too long. I was well handled by the nurse and the physician. Thank you so much for your great care and service.

I returned to ECU health this year, so far the staff and care seem to be good. I’ve seen Dr Hobgood and Dr Abigail at primary care, impressed with both of them and their manner, I left ECU Physicians 13 years ago because I was not happy with how I was treated. Time will tell, so far it seems good.
