Never had a good experience at this facility. Go where the Bills go- BS. My daughter has waited hours and hours in a waiting room in pain with no idea of when she can be seen. It’s not the first time this has happened. I have worked in the healthcare industry for 46 years and can absolutely say that I would never would want to be associated with this mess. Glad I never had to. It has been 12 hours now and she still no idea of when she will be seen. Never go here, I told her from now on when the ambulance says it’s the best place to be for trauma, tell them if you like to sit in pain and unknowing- they are correct! Go anywhere else, insist on it!

On January 9, 2026, I arrived at the emergency room at 1:17 p.m. My vital signs were taken, and blood and urine samples were collected. I waited to be called to see the doctor, and it was already 3:00 a.m. on January 10, 2026, when the nurse informed me that I had been removed from the system and that was why I hadn't been called yet. My boyfriend had asked more than twice if my name had been called and showed them my ID so they could see my name. He let the staff know that we had been waiting for eight hours, and they simply told him that some people had waited 13 hours. I ended up waiting more than 15 hours in the emergency room. Now they have to collect another urine sample.

Went to the behavioral help center because I was very mentally unwell. No one was at the reception desk when I got in but there was a sign that said "Will be back shortly, please fill out paperwork" so I filled out the paperwork and waited 40 minutes for someone to come to the reception area. No one ever came. I even tried calling like 7 times and no one even answered. I just got so fed up with waiting that I felt better and left.

I went to the ER department on 02/11 2026 to be seen for chest pains i arrived there between 12:30am and 1am went through triage and waited like 30 minutes to have an EKG done after the EKG i was sent back to the waiting room. Between 4:30 and 5:00 i got up to go get some air i told the nurse i was going outside to get some air and she asked my name. I told her my name went outside for not even 5 minutes came back in and sat down still waiting to be called so i sat there for another 30 minutes or so before the other nurse called me up to the desk to tell me she called my name 4 times and that because i didnt answer i was kicked out the system i explained to her that she could not have called my name because i had been sitting there all those hours until i stepped outside for not even 5 min

The psych ward seems so overwhelmed. Have seen People with real issues have to wait for days just to be treated. employees seem frustrated. As a result it is difficult for patients to interact with family members while being treated. Just trying to reach patients on the phone is difficult because the patients manage the phone and just hang up on you if its not for them. Once in, you are a prisoner and information is not shared about the patients condition due to HIPPA. Family members of patients are at the mercy of the staff and left hanging, hoping that your family member is OK. Doctors, nurses,and social workers are so shorthanded they have no time for Family members , let alone the patents. It just seems like more could be done to customize individual patient treatment programs. Get
