Dr. Ly is completely amazing!!!! Awesome bedside manner, takes the time to listen and understand what you’re going through with compassion and applies her expertise to your situation. Looks like my daughter is in excellent hands!!! The staff are so kind as well! Thank you Dr Ly!!!

I tried calling this clinic several times but no one answered and don't call you back. It’s very frustrating when you’re trying to reach a healthcare provider and can’t get through. They should be fired.

They cancelled my appt three times. They could had cared less. What little confidence that I had in them is certainly non-existent at this point.

I’m not a patient but my girlfriend is they never answer their phones they don’t call back basically you’ll have to go to the emergency room before they will get a hold of you it’s been atleast a month and they do not answer or contact you back
