My mother recently had nasal surgery with Dr. Matthew Kabalan, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Dr. Kabalan is extremely kind, supportive, and highly professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and made my mother feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The surgery went very smoothly, and my mother is truly happy with the results. Her recovery has been great, and the outcome exceeded our expectations. I would also like to thank Dr. Kabalan and his entire team for their professionalism, care, and attention. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and supportive at every step. The people answering the phones at the front desk. I believe her name was Tiffany are very rude. Definitely deters people from wanting to be a patient there When people call there especially as a new patient the staff should understand that they are very concerned and scared. they shouldn’t be giving people an attitude that’s for sure and it’s a shame because I heard the doctors here are very good! well, unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll have a chance to find out! if you don’t like your job, get a new one and working at a doctors office especially one dealing with such urgent issues such as heart issues you should really have more empathy and patience. I am disgusted.

ECMC Snyder Building Floor 3 the Cardiologist people at the front desk are very disrespectful and Rude. One day Me and my grandma was going there and the Black guy at the front desk was very nasty to my grandmother.Once we cane out i had to come back up because I was gonna ask the if they had a phone charger I ask Him and he went and told the other lady talk to her because i dont wanna speak to her. Anthor Him and the other white lady was being mean and making fun of me and just so mean and not helpful at all. And I heard the Black guy say dont give then sandwiches give then snack and we were waiting for our ride for a while and it was a poor experience with the front desk people. I cannot wait to find out the manager. It very sad how your own kind and others are just mean.

The front desk is very rude and unprofessional! I believe her name is Karin or Carrie.

They've been taking care of me for 3 years and have made everything so easy to deal with.
