Had a minor procedure at this location which was recommended to me from my PCP. I cannot say enough good things about this place from the office staff to the doctors. Dr Jones was great and I had a follow up with Hannah Chalmers who was outstanding (also great at drawing pictures to explain my condition). Highly recommend this location. Thank you to the staff at this location

James Mazzara, MD performed the first surgery I had for a fractured clavicle. He did a terrible job, and I'm still experiencing pain and discomfort. After a year or two I went back to him, and he said there was nothing more he could do. He didn't even refer me to anyone for a second or third opinion. I finally did that on my own. He really didn't seem to care one way or another. I wouldn't refer anyone to him.

To be fair, the receptionists and the nurses were very helpful and great people. My problem was with the doctor herself, Natalia Kit “helped” me when I made an appointment regarding my recent heart problems. She is a resident and did not seem qualified to treat patients. Kit proceeded to explain that I was at fault for my heart problems before she had even listened for a heartbeat. She seemed to not take my case seriously at all. I am still having unexplained heart problems but just wanted to warn anyone who is having a health problem that they cannot diagnose themselves not to waste their time at this practice.

My mother's PCP ,called to get a biopsy done on her by Dr. Jones. We thought there would be a wait, yet next day a very sweet nurse called and got her in next day. Very professional staff, surgeon was very helpful..

Do not visit or waste your time. My mother is an elderly patient with Mental Health issues who was mistreated by the head doctor Karrupiah and the staff. They had the audacity to write harrasing letter to a patient and make her feel anxious instead of addressing their concerns in an appropriate manner. They really should know their audience, otherwise don't get in a medical or service related field.
