I had a great experience at this dental office. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and patient, which made the visit feel very welcoming from the start. The dental hygienist was amazing — very gentle, careful, and professional. The cleaning was completely painless and done with a light touch, which I really appreciated. The office itself is clean, bright, and comfortable, creating a very relaxing environment. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

The clinic environment and the staff’s attitude were both very good. However, the doctor was not very professional or responsible, or perhaps she lacked sufficient patience. I remember that last year I saw Dr. Zhang, who was very patient and carefully explained the different conditions of my teeth. In the end, the decision was left to me. When I chipped my tooth, I made an appointment right away. The doctor initially said it could be filled that same day. But when I asked whether getting a crown would be stronger than simply doing a filling, she did not patiently explain the difference. In fact, just because a crown might be stronger doesn’t mean the situation automatically requires one if a filling would be sufficient.
