I have lost track of how many years I’ve been going to Eau Claire Family Dental. I am so pleased with my care. Everyone is so friendly. Dr. Doering puts you at ease if you need any work done. My hygienist, Kim, is very kind and gentle. They care and they listen to concerns.

The people at Eau Claire Family are just amazing. After having not been to a dentist in a very long time I was very nervous to start going again but all of the hygienists and Dr. Altendorf were a total pleasure to work with. I've been back three times in less than 2 months and never have I had a less than stellar experience with anyone there. Shout out to Danica specifically, I had to go through a relatively painful minor procedure and she was so unbelievably friendly, kind, and attentive to my stress levels and pain. So long as I live in the area I will definitely continue to come here for any dental needs I have.

I am very thankful our daughter was able to get in quickly for a toothache she was experiencing. She was told she had a dead tooth, nerve damage, significant infection and urgently needed a root canal and crown. They quickly referred her to an oral surgeon. Upon receiving a second opinion, we learned her tooth was perfectly healthy and she has a sinus infection.
