Too bad you can't give a 1/2 star. Dr. Delivered my little love 13 years ago. Went from best in Tracy to one of the worst in the county. I am saddened to say, I will never refer again. Keeping patients in their room for an hour before even stepping in is not what I call patient care. They have gone to mass scheduling of patients in a day for their profit, rather than focusing on the patient themselves. My daughter needed a prescription for her inhaler, after complaining to the and staff and having to leave for work, I was told I could take her to ER. She did not need ER. She needed her inhaler to avoid a trip to the ER. They have treated her her entire life and every year during this time for the same issue. Our last visit, was the same thing, waiting in the room for almost an hour. I gav

We love it. Been coming 4 years. Sometimes the wait is very long ..to long but other then that .doctors are amazing.

Dr Delacruz is by far one of the best Dr's tht i have taken my kids to we have been comin here for years and I wouldn't have it any other way the staff is so nice and very helpful and the Dr's are kind and quick my wait is never to long I love eaton pediateics!
