Eaton Apothecary's

I have a patron of Eaton for many years in Westwood MA and now in Canton, MA. What I love about it is it's like family. They know who I am and we know each other on a first name basis. They know what we need and buy and will go out of their way to accommodate our requests. In this pandemic time, while I'm quarantined in my assisted living apartment, I know I can count on them for my medication and other necessary supplies. EATON, YOU'RE THE BEST!!!

I had sent a doctor's verbal order through email for one of my patients, after I was instructed to do so. Three weeks later, I found that they never filled the meds, apparently, no one ever saw the email, oh someone saw the email and marked it "read". I spoke to three people there, the manager being the last one. The first person became very defensive, saying how they are short staffed and even blaming me for not following up. The second person was interested in lecturing me like a child. "How can I help you" ? After I was on hold for more than five minutes. She pretended as if she had no clue what was going on, then she the lecture began. "Never send a prescription through and email", No one is watching the email 24/7 to know heard from everyone, and I am not here to argue with anybody

Nice place for your prescription. Also lovely place to work good customer service.
