Eastwest Primary Care

Received a bill from this company for my deceased father 4 months later for $7.42. Spent a lot of time trying to first pay the bill, then the same bill came again now past due. I called, left a message. I called again and was able to speak to a person. She had no idea that this was paid. I called the Solon office. After stating my case she called back and said it was paid. Over 3 hrs total for $7.42. You are Doctors, maybe you should use your head. Thousands of dollars received and you are harassing a family member $7.42? Thank God you have a decent human being as a secretary. She called me back and said It was straight.

Dr. Haitham Azem and Dr. Christopher Thomas are the best all around primary care doctors I have ever encountered.
