Excellent customer service with all staff. I went in seeking a second opinion. I felt so at ease from start to finish of my appointment. The provider, Yuki Bakuya-Orana, answered all of my questions and thoroughly explained results and findings of my labs and ultrasound, along with the pros and cons of my options for treatment. When I left the office I felt that I had made an informed decision about my care.

I loved seeing Dr. Burillo! She was very courteous, and answered any questions I had! The reason for 3 stars is due to the one lady, that sits on the left, when you are checking in. I walked in because it was my first appointment, and she didn't even acknowledge me! I guess she was too busy chewing her gum to see that I was standing there. I moved over to the right, and the lady sitting there was very courteous, and was able to help me with the checking process! Attitude is everything, and it also goes both ways!

Dr Monticone has always be such an amazing Dr 29 yrs of going with him and still gives the besr service. From a clean office and friendly staff. Love going to his office. Highly recommend.
