Eastside Urgent Care

We were here on a Thursday around 10:00 in the morning and we're seeing within 15 minutes. Everyone from the staff to the doctor was friendly, compassionate and proactive. We will definitely come back if we need to.

I had such a wonderful experience at East Side Urgent Care. From the moment I arrived, everyone was kind and attentive. A special thank you to Nurse Susan — she truly went above and beyond! She not only provided excellent care but also took the time to talk with me and show genuine interest in how I was doing. It made a stressful situation feel so much more comfortable. I’m very grateful for the compassion and professionalism I received today.

Best Dr. visit ever !!! I went on a Monday morning for psoriasis, the place was empty. I don't have insurance, filled out one page of paperwork, paid $150 and I was in. 10 minuets tops. Dr. Rowland was great. Told me in simple direct terms what see saw and a plan of action. She listened to my questions and answered them completely. She also listened to my suggestion for a booster shoot to really knock back my condition. A week later, my condition is 1000% better. Best Dr. visit ever !!!!

Dr. Hassan is fantastic. The best. Both of my children have seen him multiple times and appreciate him. Olivia was fantastic and my children give a 6 star review for the suckers.

This urgent care is open until 7:00 in the evening. I had to come here to do a drug screen for the highest paying job I've had in my life. On my onboarding paperwork it said that I had till 5:45 or until the clinic closes and when I showed up a couple minutes after 3:00 they turn me away because they stopped taking drug screens at 3:00. I pulled in the driveway at 3:02 not having the prior knowledge that they stop drug screening long before the place closes. If I could give this place a zero star review I would but unfortunately you have to give them at least one star and they don't even deserve that... I hope other people get the opportunity to read this review so they know ahead of time that they stop taking drug screens long before they close their doors of an evening. They were callous
