Eastside Pharmacy

Im not understanding all the hyped up 5 star reviews. If I could leave 0 stars i would. I was recommended this pharmacy and had also heard great things about it. I have yet to experience what the hype is all about. Had my mom pick up my med the other day the guy was rude to her and treated her like she was stupid. Yesterday i got a call about a couple of prescription i had transferred the man on the phone suggested i cash out my other meds so that they could order a med that he said my insurance didn't pay them enough to even order when ALL my meds are 100% coverd. I go intoday to pick up one of my meds after getting notified it was ready it wasnt then the girl behind the desk says you owe this muchto wich i said no i don't my insurance covers it then she has the audacity

Shamaiyah the technician has a terrible attitude. It was a problem for me to get simple information on my prescriptions and she gave me an attitude about getting that information. Got really shitty when I asked for it, then ridicules me for wanting to refill my prescriptions on the app never there was one I didn’t need and I couldn’t remember which and she refilled them anyways. Now I have enough of this med to overdose several times over. The more I have to interact with her the more I wish we would switch pharmacies.

I have been going to Eastside Pharmacy since they opened. The pharmacists are great. They take care of all your prescription needs in a very timely professional manner. What takes Walmart, CVS, and most other pharmacies in town hours and hours (sometimes all day or the next day) East Side Pharmacy can have done in less than five minutes. They will beat all other pharmacy prices and offer free delivery. They are not hard to contact. A person actually answers the phone every time. So you can not go wrong with Eastside Pharmacy. I strongly recommend this business for all pharmacy needs.

Brand New to Lawton. Eastside Pharmacy was recommended by my pharmacist in a small town we lived in.. I Love the time they took to get all my medications sorted out. Everyone there is so caring.
