​"My first experience at this office on December 9, 2025 was extremely disappointing due to the receptionist's behavior. I was bringing my daughter in for a foot injury. ​Upon walking in, the receptionist did not greet me or make eye contact. I signed in and stood waiting, and she still did not acknowledge me until I asked if there was anything else needed. Only then did she abruptly request my ID and insurance, stating she was 'trying to change an appointment.' ​It is completely unprofessional to work in a customer-facing medical role and not offer a simple greeting or acknowledge a patient who has signed in. Her attitude was clearly unacceptable and unwelcoming. First impressions are everything, and this poor customer service has led me to seek out a different podiatrist for my daughte
