I would definitely read the reviews and go to another doctor, specially if you're a POC. They don't have any POC staff and that should tell you enough about them. Nurses NEVER call you back, it doesn't matter how many messages you leave. I had to make an appointment just to talk to the doctor and tell him I was having side effects with the first medication he put me on. I also had to give them a Columbus phone number, because they refused to call me on my puertorican number (as if Puerto Rico isn't a colony of the United States), and even after giving them a local number they would still never call back. I feel as though I was dismissed on numerous occasions when mentioning my concerns. The nurses no longer return any calls, let alone do they EVER pick up the phone. I’m extremely disappointed, and I truly believe I was given too high of a dosage of Isotretinoin. I now have ring like scars on my neck and chest from impetigo, which was a side effect I was not warned about and is said to be a “rare” side effect when researched online. I’m only 23 years old, my acne wasn’t terrible beforehand, and I’m debating on whether I ever want to see a dermatologist again. After this experience, I’m not convinced they really care for their patients well being or take them seriously whatsoever.

I had a service done in 2024 (which was unsuccessful but that’s not what this is about). I’d never received any outstanding balance letters and forgot all about it. I then received a letter from a collection agency a week ago stating that they had taken over my account from them. I never knew I had an outstanding balance. When I called the first time, billing ignored my voicemail entirely, so I called again a few days later. I get a callback today and the woman was incredibly rude saying that they sent 9 letters to my current address. I never received any of them, and I get informed delivery so I have proof I never received them. I got a referral and an appointment was made, called back to change the appointment time and that didn't go well. I noticed the reviews and considered my brief experience with the process so far and decided I would be better off if I cancelled my appointment.

I’ve never seen a doctor as rude as Dr Parks. He rushes through clients like an assembly line, and on top of that he constantly makes prescription mistakes! Do not waste your time going there, he did not cure my husband and made us waste lots of money in unnecessary medical bills
