I just started coming to EVMS for primary and other specialists. The picture of building is wrong on here. Don't go to that entrance and pay for valet, it cost time and money for it. Its actually a street over in Hoffeimer building. Completely different campus location. Please fix this image Google, thats sentera hospital in photo

My wife and I were having fertility treatment here. From the very beginning my wife had stated she didn’t consent to being weighed until pregnant when it was necessary. Our physician DR.Tidey was aware of this and said that would be fine. However after having paid for all of the treatment and medications they now have dropped us as patients for not getting weighed. The nurse stated it’s an FDA regulation to get a weight every time which is a lie. Even if it were true they had been complicit in allowing us to decline weight and take our money from the very beginning. There’s practice is questionable at best and criminal at worst. They took our money for treatment knowing full well in advance and then back peddled to drop us and basically steal the money we had paid for treatment they have

We know Covid is still prevalent however common courtesy should still be on the agenda. One employee at desk, you trying to get in to see your loved one and waving your hand and door won't open. Again customer service very poor.
