We switched to this office for better quality of service and that is exactly what we’ve gotten. Sick appointments are no problem, access to physicians at all times (including after hours assistance), convenience of the patient portal and overall and most importantly feeling heard. I feel comfortable to ask questions and get thoroughly informed without feeling like my decision is trying to be swayed. We’ve seen Brooke & Dr. Phillips so far and both have been the epitome of quality care! Everyone in the building we’ve encountered has been wonderful and welcoming. If you want someone who genuinely cares about your family this is the place.

Eastern Pediatrics has the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL FRONT OFFICE STAFF and billing staff . They are nothing short of rude, not friendly, never smiling , and awful customer service! As a professional in this industry I have never experienced such poor staff management. Do better .

Been taken my kids here for 5 years and I've been very pleased with them. Dr. Goth is very attentive and quick to put in a referral if a parent wants one. I've never had a problem with the service here.

I can’t speak on the kind of care your children will receive here because we could not even make it through the intake process. After being taken around the mulberry bush, I ultimately decided to go with another provider. It is unfortunate because this location is closer, but after 2-3 months of trying to get them enrolled, I gave up. I do hope that they will find a way to create a more seamless intake process in the future.

Dr. Evans was so nice and she listened to me and talked with me for a good period of time. She reviewed my file. Asked me questions. She’s a very good neurologist. I would highly recommend going to her. The entire staff from the front desk to her nurse everybody very professional, and very nice. An amazing visit. Thank you all!
