Dr. Ng and his staff are always welcoming, professional and accommodating. Dr Ng takes the time to listen to his patients and provide an explanation for his recommended treatment course. I have never felt rushed or ignored in the 10 plus years of their care.

This practice has the worst admin staff. Almost never answers the phone and never returns messages. Also, they are extra rude and inconsiderate over the phone and it felt like I was bothering them anytime I called. In addition, my last two visits they tried to move my appointment a couple days beforehand. I would see a different intern or doctor anytime I went. I would never recommend this practice to anyone.
