Eastern Dentals staff, especially Dr Rishan are amazing. No matter how busy the office seems, I never sit long and I always feel like I have the full attention of the staff. Dr Rishan has been taking the time to make sure I am getting the proper treatment and that I am happy. Honestly, I feel that she is humbly fixing other peoples prior mistakes without taking credit. She has made me feel like I am worth her time and she is giving me back a smile that I'm proud to show off once again which is giving me my confidence back:)) Thank you, Dr Rishan and staff!

I have had exceptional and extensive dental work throughout my life and can clearly recognize professional dentistry. Today, I experienced first class reception, an oral exam, x-rays and thorough cleaning like never. My exit was easy and detailed as to my next appointment. Eastern Dental was remarkable. They take a team approach to one's oral hygiene maintenance and needs. I feel fully informed and am so delighted to recommend the Eastern staff and services to my family and friends and anyone reading this review. This place was brand new to me and I had a fantastic experience both times I’ve been there. Everyone from the ladies at the front desk to the assistants and nurses were knowledgeable and friendly to speak with. The Drs.were also easy to work with and attentive. Great overall vibe. Go Birds 🦅:)

So I had a very bad experience at a dental office in Ocean township so I didn't go back to the dentist for a couple of years. I started to have tooth pain so my job helped me find Eastern dental in Brick I was very nervous but this place made me feel really comfortable and they where all super nice and they cared that my mouth was very sensitive they took really good care of me. I will definitely be going back. I really like this dentist office. I just want to say think you so much and see you again soon!

Appointment was at 11am. Asked at 11:15 how long the wait will be, was told "I don't know". She further went in to that they were backed up and there were others ahead of me. I asked to reschedule she then said she cannot guarantee there will be no wait at any time. I already waited 15 minutes I wasn't looking for no wait I was looking for an estimate. Why have appointments if they aren't kept? If you know your staff is running late why not call appointments ahead of time and adjust timing? Also waiting area didn't look kept up and staff having meaningless conversations while they are behind put the nail on the coffin for me.
