This morning I received bodywork from Chris, I truly enjoyed his shiatsu techniques, I felt like a new person after being held in his hands, when he was working on my neck, I felt gentle somatic release, the world felt brighter and kinder when I got off the table. He also did an amazing job at releasing my shoulders. He is a very empathic and kind practitioner with very strong hands. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

Chris was amazing, the relief I feel in my back and shoulder is unmatched compared to any other massage therapist I’ve been to. If you’re in pain due to sports or lifting, please do yourself a favor and have Chris help you feel 100% again !!!

Chris at the Bernal location is my new go to massage therapist. I love him, he is so great. He is very strong and gets into those very nasty tight muscles, he has all kinds of tools that he uses followed by a marvelous hot towel. I swear I left 2" taller with aligned shoulders.
