East Troy Pharmacy

Weird place. Weird employees with attitudes half the time. Seems super disorganized as well. Terrible communication. We're signed up for texts, but the texts never arrive saying when a prescription is fulfilled. Only when it is received. Then, they don't even seem to start working on it until you call and ask. Then, total silence. You will have to show up (and risk waiting for a long time) or call again at a random time to see if it's finally ready. I've never been to a pharmacy like this, and I won't be going back. I'm sure they'll reply saying I am misunderstanding the process or am doing something wrong, but it doesn't matter. Really nice people. If they don't have anything you need they will order it for you. Plus they have beautiful gifts and cards for any occasion.

Rude, not one of the 3 employees said anything to me when I walked in, they just looked at me. They also were “ out of stock “ of everything I needed. I love supporting local family companies, but this place is why the big chains do so well! Very sad.

Great pharmacy, I appreciate the small town feel here, they know their regulars and treat them as friends. So much better than big store corporate pharmacies. Very professional and knowledgeable and I have been helped many times when I have had questions.

I would definitely recommend East Troy Pharmacy. Always extremely helpful and understanding when it comes to listening about what your needs are, when you need them! Keith has even delivered my scripts without asking because He knew I needed then after hours. Great staff, excellent care. Thank you!
