Worst pharmacy ever! If I could give it zero stars I would or negative. I moved my uncle into the residence at South Windsor Farms and they insisted that I use their pharmacy which was East rock. It was fine as long as he was there but I have moved him to a new residence. I’ve called multiple times to make sure everything was in order before he ran out of his medication. When I called Wednesday of this week they said the new medication would be delivered on Friday or Saturday. It has not been delivered his medication ran out today so he will be a day without his medication and they told the caregiver today that they didn’t have any new medication for him which was not what they told me on Wednesday. Totally done with this pharmacy. I will call his doctor or go to the office on Monday get a
Very sad to see the reviews. My experience with them has been great! I work for a facility and their service is above and beyond!!!!
So disorganized. Medications not delivered consistently or on time and billing is always wrong. Service is lacking.
