East Point Assisted Living

I DO NOT recommend putting a loved one into this facility. For the administrator is careless, heartless and down right rude! She is not in it for the residents whatsoever, she is not a people person at all. She is not helpful and the facility is run half assed. I blame this facility and the administrator for my dad’s death due to neglect and him having to spend the rest of his days in the hospital. Had he not been put in that hell hole he would most likely still be here with his family. Again please DO NOT if you love you family put them in this facility.

This place is the most abusive disgusting facility ever. I am calling the state for an investigation! When you call the crazy residents pick up the phone and just shout things at it. They don’t give patients rides. You can’t leave unless you have car which most don’t. There are always alarms going off bc someone has “escaped”. This place should be shut down and I WILL FILE A REPORT WITH THE STATE IF ME!

Do not and I repeat do not send anyone you love or care about to this place it's awful! They don't care for there patients. They don't feed them bathe them or make sure there safe. They let another male patient literally knock my grandmother's tooth out, were taking her to another facility asap! She's only been there 3 days.

A beautiful, friendly facility that will give your loved one a “home away from home”. An absolutely wonderful, caring staff who provide dignified, compassionate care to all. Highly recommend!
