East Park Memory Care Facility

My mom has been in memory care since June . There have been and are still bumps in the road . But seems it is always the same staff members that are the issue . Admissions was a nightmare and I got alot of misinformation, such as what is provided and what isn't . Whoever the housekeeper is ,is terrible ,rarely comes and does a horrible job when he does . I have to clean it myself . Also ,still waiting on a key . I have called many many times to complain and left voicemails and non one ever calls back . A few staff members that are amazing are STNA Abby, Anthony and Asia , aids Brandon or Brendaun(spelling ) and Jennifer . Activy girl Kylie and a couple others who I'm not sure what their names are . The others shouldn't be employed ,they are lazy and clearly don't give a crap about these pe

THIS FACILITY NEEDS SHUT DOWN!!! If your loved one needs care DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!!!! Unless you are comfortable with them pressing their nurse call button and having nobody come assist them for an hour or more. If they press their button after midnight nobody will come and assist them until the morning. The food is terrible, cold, and never what was ordered. If you ask them to warm up your cold food or bring you what you actually ordered you get treated badly. I understand staffing issues and I’ve worked in facilities bigger than this without an issue. On your first day they come speak to you about their awesome facility and later you find out it’s nothing but a pile of lies. The people running the facility as well as the staff do not care about you or your health needs. If you or your

♥️Home♥️ It's not the first word most people may have come to mind when they think of places such as this. For us (my fiance and I), it's become far more than that. The amount humanity, compassion, kindness, and HOPE that each and every employee here has shown us has truly gone ABOVE AND BEYOND any sort of expectations that we ever could have imagined. From the directors, to the nursing staff....to the kitchen crew, activities, and maintenance department... (You all know who you are!). We will never be able to thank all of you enough. Without the overwhelming amount of support and humanity from everyone here at East Park Care Center, we truly don't know where we'd be today. If I could leave more than 5 STARS, I'd give them all ♥️ Come to East Park - it's not a facility...it's a COMMUNITY.

I Have been here for two months now I like my room and the staff has been very welcoming the food is good the aides are very helpful and efficient Activities staff are very engaging and enjoys assisting residents the secretary is very attentive to assisting residents with making appointments the staff engages you in conversation housekeeping and laundry works timely and efficiently

They depend entirely on agency however their permanent staff do NOTHING? Your loved one is soaked through the mattress? It’s because the permanent staff leave everything to the agency staff. Let the agency staff lift a finger wrong and they will ban you. There are two agency STNAs that were labeled as a “Do Not Return” because they witnessed a staff member smack a resident in the face so hard that the resident fell out the chair. Kevin Trockley spoke to them about the report then of course, the STNAs were reported for sleeping on the job (which was a lie). Typical of this place.
