East Nashville Aesthetic and Implant Dentistry

I had been searching for a new dentist and they were one I was considering due to location and offering sedation. I typically suffer from choice paralysis, but I broke a tooth around 11pm last night and finally decided I'd call them first thing in the morning. They were able to get me in the same day for a temporary crown, and they even called me a few hours after I made the initial appointment to see if I was able to come earlier (I'm assuming due to a cancellation). It was easy to find, in East Nashville, near Fat Belly Pretzel and Nashville Biscuit House-- so you can even grab something to eat at a local spot after your appointment. I chose this office completely at random because a Google search listed them as taking emergency appointments. While my entire visit was catered towards lowering my anxiety. Every single staff member I talked to handled me like the terrified field mouse that I was. Two specific moments stood out that I want to highlight. When I made my initial phone call the receptionist answered the phone mid laugh. Something about that put me at ease. She then handled my call with focus and calm. And when Dr Kitsman walked in on my pre-procedure meltdown she let me work through my feelings. After hearing some of my history she told me that today we can do as little or as much as I wanted until I trusted her. Which was just lovely to hear. I left feeling so grateful.

I needed a Dentist Appt quickly because my back tooth had split in half. I then googled and East Nashville Aesthetic Dentistry as soon as the office opened I called at was schedule in. I was notified that Dr Kitsman was out of town but she had someone excellent filling in. When I met Dr. Tim Call and the staff they were excellent help. Dr Tim explain everything I need so I wouldn't be afraid. I went in for follow-up and My Sweet Lovely Dentist Dr Kitsman is back in. She is Kind, Friendly and motivating and knowledgable and Caring I would recommend her to everyone that is needing someone that love her job has patience with hre .. The staff is awesome

Such an amazing experience! By far my favorite dentist. They were so clear about anything that I needed without being pushy or trying to up charge me. The whole staff was so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend!!

My wife and I both got x-ray and cleaning today. The staff is very nice and does a great job. The facilities are clean. We received the first time patient special as planned. The only issue was that they asked me if I wanted a $44 fluoride treatment (which I declined). They told my wife they were doing a fluoride treatment but did not tell her that there was an additional fee.
