I want to start by saying that Amanda was incredibly kind and did everything she could to help us through this situation. She is professional, responsive, and probably the only reason this company is still in business. Unfortunately, our experience with Bob, who came to install a natural gas line as we converted from propane, was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the beginning, there were issues. After the installation, our property was left in poor condition—uneven ground and a messy work site. We spent hours trying to level out the damage ourselves, but ultimately, I’ll need to hire someone to properly grade the area and restore it to its original condition. My furnace was not having any flame and so the house was not warming up. I called East Mountain Plumbing...and he showed up the same day I called, that is a plus. He pulled the cover off the furnace, held the button in so it thought the furnace cover was in place and the heater began to heat the house properly. He looked at the furnace and said everything looks good and is running properly. Then told me to replace the thermostat. As soon as he left the furnace stopped working. I replaced the thermostat and the furnace didn't work. I replaced that with another thermostat and that didn't work. I contacted the company about the Heil Furnace warranty. They gave me a list of accepted repair companies and "East Mountain Plumbing" was not on it. One of the accepted companies came out.... " Courte

They got two stars because they actually replaced my garbage disposal, or it would have been a one. Do not call them for HVAC repair (Kidzz Mechanical fixed their wiring issues in less than 1 hr). I repeatedly told Bob that the unit wasn't moving air in the house. He is very confidant, and said it was the condenser fan (granted, it wasn't working). Three hours later he came back with the fan. Then said it was my filter (I took it out and showed him it was like new). Then said it was my condenser and that it would be $1700. He never addressed the lack of airflow, and instead pitched me a new $15k dual system, saying he was the cheapest (Kidzz quoted $10-13K, with a crane for removal and installation). Still didn't move air. He never sent me quotes for the other system or condenser like he

Bobby was fantastic! I can't say enough about how happy I was once the work was done. I had a water line break and he found it immediately. They also strapped all of the pipes under the house because they made so much noise when I did laundry or showered. He installed a new spigot in the back for me which I needed so badly. All at a great price. Honest, prompt and a really nice guy!
