East Louisville Pediatrics

Very disappointing experience. Front desk staff (Miss Amber) was rude on two separate occasions. The first time I gave her the benefit of the doubt, but the second time confirmed this is just how she treats people. After reading other reviews, it’s clear we’re not the only ones. We’re switching to a new pediatric office and won’t be coming back.

I called in as the soon-to-be parent of a prospective patient to assess whether this practice would be a good fit. I'm having a child through surrogacy soon and live out of state and wanted to delay vaccinations for the few months that I'd be in Kentucky until I was established with my long-term pediatrician at home and could assess the specific risk factors (both of the illnesses and of any particular vaccines) and make an informed decision. I was attracted to this practice because of their specific policy, which states "However, our providers recognize that some parents have concerns regarding the number of vaccines given at one time. For these families, our providers will offer an alternative vaccine schedule which spreads out the vaccines.". We were only planning to be in Kentucky up t

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. I'm so impressed with how responsive they are and generous to all those parental worries. It is incredibly easy to get a same day appointment to ease your worries and concerns and they answer questions sent through the portal quickly. Additionally, I have now met all the pediatricians in this office and they are all wonderful. They have a great bedside manner, they spend time answering all my questions, and they are so sweet to my kids. I highly recommend this place!

We love this office! Everyone is very professional, sweet and knowledgeable. It’s a great environment and usually a pretty fast in and out experience! I feel like we are definitely looked after here and so happy we have them! I would highly recommend this office.

I cant say enough good things about this office. We try our best to see Dr. Lynch, but all the doctors are great here. Dr. Lynch always listens to our concerns and comes up with a plan for our kids that we feel comfortable with. I would never take my kids to another provider. Thank you for all you do!
