am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at East Lake Clinic. My experience was well below any reasonable professional standard for the following reasons: Financial Inconsistency: I was repeatedly given conflicting information regarding pricing. Staff had to correct the quoted costs multiple times, which felt unprofessional and untrustworthy. Lack of Insurance Transparency: I was never informed that my vaccination could be covered by insurance. This failure to provide accurate financial guidance is unacceptable. Poor Communication: My specific queries were ignored, and I have yet to receive the itemized receipt I requested, despite asking for it. Operational Delays: I was forced to wait for extended periods without updates or explanations. The overall im

Unorganized, you don’t see the same MD for some strange reason. The front desk crew is extremely nice, but the doctors/nurses seem incompetent. They also need to invest in a new EKG machine and a new chest x ray machine. If something is glitching/ not working properly. You should get rid of it or you could possibly miss important signals. I don’t recommend this place for long term care.

I won’t be going back. My concerns were not met with concern or understanding and help but with more of a shoulder shrug. I felt as if I was just another paying customer after two visits and still not addressing any of my issues. I’ve also never been to a doctors office that charges extra to have their blood drawn in the office. I felt like it was all about the money and not about finding help and answers.

I just went today for the first time. I’ve been looking for a doctor to actually Listen and want to help to all my health related issues, and history of cancer in my family. This doctor went above and beyond!!!!! I actually Left today and felt like he listened and is trying to help me. Overall not just an amazing doctor but wonderful staff as well!

The receptionists at this office are very sweet. Otherwise my experience here was unsatisfactory. I made an appointment with a doctor on zocdoc and at my first appointment was failed to be told I would be seeing a different doctor. I also felt rushed, but regardless she listened to my concerns (which are a lot) and so I was hopeful. At my next appointment i was yet AGAIN failed to be told that I would be seeing yet ANOTHER doctor, who was male (I only see female doctors) and so I was understandably upset. I go into the appointment and it was a disaster in my opinion. When you see a doctor you expect for them to rule out every possible cause to make sure you get the right treatment. Instead i was met with “an autoimmune panel isn’t necessary” even though I’ve had chronic fatigue for 6+ year
