Experience was top notch, had my 2 year old baby girl with me and they tried keeping her calm while I was getting X-rays lol didnt go as planned 😅😆 but she survived the Experience of seeing her dad get some stuff looked at and tge staff delt with it with the situation absolutely amazing. They have tvs you can see on the ceiling while laying down, so while I was laying down in the chair. My lil girl was laying on me watching Mickey Mouse club house 😂 MAGICK.. This team is great. First impression is usuallythe last impression.. have lots of work that needs to be done but 100% RECOMMEND thus far 👌 🪬 Also very clean inside and out, thats a big deal to me. If I was on and it looks like a old dog hospital, im walking out 😆 but this establishment is very well kept..

My first impressions from dental visit today: While the exterior of East Lake Family Dental building appears modest and ordinary, inside, the place felt warm, clean, modern and welcoming. Alicia at the front desk greeted me by name and within 2 minutes Alidah, the hygienist, was already leading me to the chair, where I was given the option to watch HGTV while my teeth were cleaned. The equipment appeared to be state of the art. Alidah was gentle, thorough, unrushed and she explained procedures before the cleaning and cost of additional fluoride ($35). I had asked about costs out of pocket. Alidah suggested ways to balance the costs between 2025 deductible and 2026, reducing out of pocket costs. Nice, friendly, polite women. From the desk to the assistant and doct/dentist everyone had pleasant attitudes. The work was done safely and painlessly & completed in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend and I’m sure to return for further treatments.

Dr. Fields performed a tooth extraction and bone graft for me. She was extremely kind and answered all questions I had prior to the surgery and put together a treatment plan for me. The actual surgery was relatively pain free and Dr. Fields was calm and confident throughout which put me at ease. Terrian was also very kind and thorough as an assistant. Very thankful to both of them for their professionalism and could not recommend East Lake Family Dental enough.

My visit was a positive experience from start to finish. The office was welcoming, And the staff was attentive and detailed throughout my appointment. I felt well cared for and would highly recommend their services
